Notes: Didn't sleep great and up late. Coffee and Kathy not awake till 9a. Made her coffee and gave her gift and card (Bodum carafe for pourover coffee and frother w/ stand). Was a busy day - got started on the almond flour pie crust and coconut cream filling and finished that late morning and got in fridge. Felt a bit overwhelming but went well w/ all healthy ingredients. Made whipped cream later and toasted the shredded coconut to go on top. A nurse came by w/ Home Health unexpectedly. Day was supp to bring cooler temps but hot and sticky and too much sun. Dinner was another chicken meal from Laura w/ broccoli & red potatoes. I made TJs Harvest Blend, arugula salad and roasted beets w/ goat cheese and walnuts - was all quite good. Pie later proved it was a success. We shared a Ceria Indiewave beer and wound down early. Good day of not bad pain for Kathy tho still pretty much laying on the floor all day - she was able to get a shower and sit out back for a bit. I went to bed early and then ended up talking to Jo on Zoom for awhile and we did a little website updating and configuring.
