Sunny Sunday

A busy day but a good one. Lots of tasks completed including blackberry and apple jam making (I had just enough jars), grass cutting and pruning at the allotment, and two dog walks. The prize harvest at the allotment today was two aubergines!

Merlin had a wash in the garden, much to his dismay. He has itchy skin so I’ve been trying to remove pollen and dust and anything else that might be an irritant out of his fur. He was very happy when it was over and celebrated by trying to wipe the soothing skin balm I put on him, all over the carpet!

My blip is of straw flowers I’ve cut for drying in the hope I can do something creative with them.
