Resting

It’s National Dog Day, apparently. So my blip today is Merlin. He is in his evening position, cosy on the sofa next to Andy. I sit on a separate seat!

I woke early today so got up, fed the dog and did some chores in the house, then popped to the bakery, and walked Merlin. This afternoon I’ve been at the allotment, weeding and harvesting apples and blackberries which I will hopefully make into jam (although I have a slight jar shortage).

I also spoke to Dad who is just back from Norway (he had a wonderful time) and walked Merlin again.

Andy created one of his delicious Indian dinners this evening and I’m now feeling very much in need of sleep. I think an early night is in order!
