When I finished work I realised I hadn't been by the sea for 10 days, and felt the need to do something about it.

Low tide - so plenty of nautical smells.

Sunny and warm at 6:30 pm, but a cool easterly breeze which might bring us mist for the morning.

Between this little outing, and getting over to Falkland (in the rural Howe of Fife) for brunch and grocery shopping, I started to feel better about being back in Scottieland.
