Breakfast : Tea and toast
Then
1 spoon of Malt extract. Nice but sticky.
1 spoon of Cod Liver Oil. Ugh.
1 spoon of Rose Hip Syrup. Lovely. Took away the taste of 
Cod Liver Oil.
