Gluten Free Pancakes

I spent the day with our daughter and granddaughter as part of our daughter’s birthday celebrations. We went shopping in a designer outlet, starting with breakfast in Bill’s. We finished the day with cold drinks and in my case a gluten free millionaires shortbread at a nearby garden centre.
