Ruddy Darter - Maybe?

Routine blood tests for my husband this morning.
 
During the morning I planted twenty-four small plants into various borders and once again filled all the birdfeeders.
 
Today’s picture is what I think is a Ruddy Darter although my identification app only gives me an overall name of Meadowhawks.
 
The temperature at noon today was twenty-two degrees Celsius
