Off they go

The intrepid swimmers set off, gathering in little groups for the chat (an essential part of the experience, after all). For once we were joined by a man. I guess it's not that rare, but even so it's a relative novelty (with the exception of regulars Jon and Donald). The extra shows what they saw when they were out at sea.

Although rather chilly, the sea provided a warm hug which was much needed after a rather difficult working day. I feel much, much better for my exposure to the sea this afternoon.
