Disaster!

My very expensive sewing scissors! I found Bonnie happily chewing on them, with the blades wide open. They are sharp as razors…..it could have been very serious if she had got those in her mouth. Fortunately it was the silicone handles that attracted her and I looked in the room in time to stop things getting any worse.
Of course I had left them on my sewing table where any grown up dog wouldn’t have dreamt of interfering…..
So that’s been tidied up to a higher level.
I’m now Crowdfunding for a new pair!
The chimney sweep came today as well. Bonnie accepted him and his equipment without panicking, and then we had a little drive to the shops and back and that went well too so I think she is settling.
And no visit to the vet so far!
