Stirling Bridge and the Wallace Monument
This is another adventure into the world of the free trial of the Nik Software photo processing suite. I am really enjoying it, even if a part of me wonders if I am developing into a "People's Freind" cover designer!
I found myself in Stirling today, getting my annual eye test (part of the aftercare from my LASIK sugery a few years ago). All went well, I am glad to say, and after that I went for a walk around the town.
This picture was taken by the Forth. There is a little piece of grass, with quite high trees and hedges along the side of the river. Except for the one spot that gives this view. I guess that this must be deliberate!
The Beidge is Stirling Bridge, famous for the battle. Beyond that, the Wallace Monument. And as I said, processed in Nik Software HDR Efex to give the painterly look... hope you like it!
