Little Gems

We grew these to satisfy our love of a chicken Caesar salad. There are a few still left, which im sure will be hungrily consumed. We did have a chicken Caesar last night using the little Gems in the photo. Yum
I feel i must point out, the croutons for this must be made from a sourdough loaf for optimum crunch. I am an authority being a former Michelin star chef.
