Blowing In The Wind

I manged the meal round this morning. 
Not sure how - I didn't have a good night. The rest of the day has been even worse ....... headache, earache, sore throat, sneezing hard enough to rattle the eyeballs and rip chest muscles, running nose and totally knackered.
