Die Sau rauslassen

Seen today in Zurich. "Die Sau rauslassen" is a German proverb and the internet thinks (I am not a translator) that it is roughly equivalent to the English "whoop it up". It means the pigs can enjoy their life, since it is a vegan burger restaurant which will open soon.
