Tourism in the rain

Just spotted these two in the car (with a french number plate) doing some tourism and avoiding of getting wet. 

Since the weekend it's raining cats and dogs and some areas of the country are facing landslides and flooding. Even our rain gauge is already showing approx. 60 litres/m2 and we are outside the heaviest rain zones.
