Salvia

We were expecting a grey warmish day with no rain according to the weather forecast.  We met up with some friends for a coffee and short local walk.  By the time we sat down with our coffee and cakes it started to rain.  We decided to wait it out which took some time and then set off on a shorter version of the planned walk.

We had lunch together before they returned home.  It was good to catch up with them as we hadn't met for sometime.  Unfortunately I hadn't taken a shot while we were out anticipating a longer coastal walk so ended up with a flower one from the garden.
