After Idalia

The storm dropped a mild amount of water last night and we didn’t catch any big winds or lose power. Today was beautiful. Mindy worked late tonight at the museum, and I had calls that went until 7pm. I made a run to the grocery store and didn’t end up plating dinner until 9:30pm… the kids were all hungry and cranky.
The kitten decided to pee on the bed so I had to change the blankets and sheets and put the soiled stuff through the laundry. I didn’t make it to bed till late.
Tomorrow morning I’m taking the kids to bagels on the way to school so I’ll be up early, but I’m looking forward to it.
