In the Museum of Communication (Bern)

We had a team event there and the hour-long tour went by way too fast. There was a lot of deja-vu with technologies and a lot to puzzle over and play with. Since my last visit there, the museum has been completely rebuilt - for the better.

In the extra, the first computer built in Switzerland: the electronic calculating machine of the ETH (ERMETH). 1500 electron tubes for calculating, 3500 kg weight and a storage capacity of 80 kilobytes (!).
