Comes good eventually

I took a cutting from a shop bought rose some years ago and initially it made very little progress. In the Spring I found room for it in the rose bed ,transferring it from a container, and it has come on to produce  a couple of good blooms although one has suffered rain damage. A long slow process but worth it in the end. Summer, belatedly, starts to arrive.
