Ooh La La

I remember loos like this from trips to France when I was a teenager. I've never seen one in this country.  So where is this one?
Its in the Ladies toilets at Haverthwaite Station . Why?  I have no idea. There are 5 normal cubicles to choose from, thank goodness.
