Of my day. Early walk before taking Dog to groomers, pre top left, post top right! Knee not great today, so small chores interspersed with leg elevation! I did repot a huge aloe Vera that was looking sorry for itself, which was a mammoth task! Pruned the wisteria and swept the courtyard, those nesting pigeons are making a mess! I also ran a mercy mission to Moira’s. Half way to Devon on holiday she decided she should have turned off the cooker switch! So I snapped a shot of me doing it, to put her mind at rest! 

There is also a photo that Mollie posted. The three of them went to football today, followed by the cinema. Megan is even managing a smile!

A late night for me because I fell asleep this afternoon. Normally I can Power Nap for 20 minutes, but today, an hour! 

I read the following on a forum today. It resonated all day, because it is so exactly right, because I realise I’m normal for my situation even if I don’t feel it, but mostly because B was in my head ALL day, and I felt that overwhelming sadness that I usually manage to push away.
