Another near vertical climb at the end of our ride yesterday. It was however well worth the price. Such an amazing place we stayed in. An old chateau in the Tarn that the owners are refurbishing in an amazingly ecological way. They even had an organic swimming pool that was like a lake with the most remarkable plants growing on its edges. But it had to be this photo of the owner who does everything including baking his own bread. And here you see it proving. We saw the cooked loaves later. And for breakfast I had the best brioche I have ever had in my life.
