Better Thursday Than Last

Unlike last Thursday today with Mrs S off shift I was able to row in the early evening without disrupting Sam’s rugby training, no severe telling off this week.
I briefly looked at repairing the shed roof but with the promise of hot weather to come I decided to delay until next week and headed off to the rugby club instead.
The ‘Thursday Gang’ is all but defunct, we are now effectively at one ‘trades’ - me, we still have Colin with sometimes Charlie and Jules but I don’t see much getting done too quickly.

Enjoyable walk with Paddy, the sun is on its way, so we headed off on one of his favourite walks which includes him running the length of Swanpool Stream before rounding Swanpool Lake to dry off.

He always seems fascinated by the ducks but today he was a little wary of the swans.
