Bruise

Some of you may recall that I slipped and fell on the trip to Hilbre Island last week. Well, the bruise started to come out on Saturday and I have to say it looks incredibly impressive. I must stress it looks a lot worse than it feels and it is a good sign that the bruising is coming out. This is the back of my leg.

I had a few jobs to do today so called in at the Chester training ground and asked one of the players, who is a trained physio, for his advice which I found useful.
