cross trainer

R, one of the exercise trainers at my gym, is looking a bit grumpy this morning.  He's not really a grumpy sort - so more 'concerned' then.  

Perhaps it's because I'm using the cross trainer one-handed, while I take this photo.  We're supposed to hold on with both hands.

He comes across to me.  Yup - that was it.

A few minutes later he seems to be in despair.  (See extra).  I'm doing it again.
