Sunshine on Water

Another magical morning on the beach in sunshine, warmth and a high tide. It was  hard to come back to the city centre and reality. 
I was reminded by the mist over the Meadows at 6:30am that it’s not actually mid summer even though it feels like it at the moment but the precursor month of autumn.

There was a long catch up in the sun this afternoon with a friend who has a compromised immunity and still has to shield with a face mask. I am so thankful that for most of us, masks have been consigned to the bin. I never did get the hang of wearing a mask and having glasses that I could see through.
