A sure sign Autumn is on the way, regardless of the heat wave hitting the country, when the blackberries appear and start to turn black.

After my weekly blood test we drove out to Cob House where we had a coffee, which was surprisingly fairly awful, then took a little walk by the lakes.  Ann spotted the blackberries first, she couldn't resist them, I just took photos.
