Ice cream

School shoes shop this morning, they both,of course, selected the most expensive shoes, but did choose well. A couple of errands before meeting Grandpa for pizza, which was very nice and had a rather continental feel to it. 

Back to Granny and Grandpa's house and the ice-cream van picked up some trade from the boys who were delighted with their treat from Grandpa!!! 

Home, padding pool out, all kinds of toys into the paddling pool. I checked out what uniform we have - and what needs to be bought (very little, thankfully). 

Bath, bed... and so it's over. School tomorrow.
