Towards an orchid

In another few weeks this will turn into an orchid that will last as long as me (I can’t see it as being in huge demand by either son) and will require zero maintenance. Until a recent conversation in Slovenia I had no idea that Lego was a thing for adults. It is completely addictive, faster rewarding than cross stitch and incredibly soothing.

I just admired it today, having spent most of the morning in the gym and this afternoon finishing the book about Palestine Israel conflict. Now girding myself for a tricky committee meeting, the orchid will no doubt see some progress later on this evening.
