A run (not in) the sun

Up and at 'em early doors. The triton 5km run up at work at 9am in aid of scholarships. Over 2000 runners and very crowded and chaotic at the start. Luckily it was overcast and cool so ideal running conditions.

Managed at PB - 21:12 so pleased with that. Cancelled out all the good work with a humongous American breakfast with the works. Now spending the rest of the day digesting (again).
