Spring, sunshine and shadows

Beautiful morning, though the wind did come up a bit which made it less enjoyable to be outside.  Had a totally unexpected drop-in visitor which was lovely.  Used to play netball with W years and years ago in my other life and both her children went through school when I was there.  It seems she's in town for a week on family business so dropped in on the off-chance that I still lived at the same house.  I do!  We enjoyed a nice chat despite not having seen each other for years.  She now lives on the West Coast so I shall call in to see her when I'm next down that way.  

Another day passes with no gardening done :(
