Let Sleeping Dogs Lie

.... and cats 
(after they washed of course)
... and sickly wives.

It was not a nice morning - the haar (fog to those not in the know) was in and when it eventually left it was replaced by clouds ........... and a really sticky, heavy air.

We went and saw The Monsters off to school and then went and did a food shop.
After that SWMBO took herself off to bed and has been there ever since.
At lunchtime I heard an obviously really confused frog in the pond croaking up a storm but couldn't see him (obviously hasn't had the memo that the mating season is long past) .
I did a spot of bodging at the lathe  (ended up with a couple of rubbish Gonks and a lidded thing) and in the afternoon went over to make sure The Monsters got home safely and didn't kill each other.
That was when I took the cat pictures.

What an exciting day!
