Unofficially, Summer has Arrived

We do realize that technically summer arrives approximately June 20, but as far as we are concerned, it arrived today. So we let this be a slow leisure, lazy, lovely day. We mostly did nothing, but we did soak ourselves in the pool for a couple hours.

Late in the afternoon we put the three pooches in the car and went for a drive. That was fine but it would have been even better if we had remembered to put Max's carseat in the car for him. He likes to be able to see out the window and the carseat puts him just at the right height to see out. So next time, the carseat.
