Saturday: Bonaventure Cemetery

It’s hot in Savannah.

This morning we experienced some real southern gothic with our visit to Bonaventure Cemetery.  It’s dripping with moss and moisture and has some amazing graves and headstones.  The great and the good of Savannah are buried here.  If truth be told, we love a good cemetery.

Lunch was a long sought-after Vietnamese phô, another one of our favourite foods we can’t often get.  After that, we had a stroll through town.

The excellent ‘Two Tides’ Brewing in the evening, followed by another very good Asian meal (are you spotting a theme here?).
