African sky
Drove back to Nairobi today as some people were leaving the tour and others were joining. Today's blip is the sky over the Masai Mara.
"Mara" derives from the Maasai word "spotted", because the Masai Mara plain is spotted with isolated acacia trees (Masai and Maasai seem to be alternative spellings of Maasai) .
