Wellness Walk on Wheels - Niddry Burn with Ducks

Another week of slow improvements infection wise. Getting better with the floor cycle, and bit more than 5 minutes now.

Afternoon coffee was from the café, which isn't as good as the coffee from the machine at M&S. However the M&S coffee machine was being serviced. Cool outside. Nice to find there is life in the burn. Spotted a mother duck with ducklings on the water.

On the way back to the ward, spotted a Small Copper Butterfly, Extra.

Watching Casa de Papel (House of Paper) on Netflix. I prefer that title to the American English Money Heist.
