Had a wander at Buttermere very early this morning.  Was lovely and quiet to start with.  Haven't blipped this famous lone tree for a while.

When I was there a week or so ago there were numerous people camping around the lakeshore despite signs saying No Camping.  There were even more people camping today and I couldn't even visit my favourite spot as would have had to walk through thick smoke and the path was blocked with campers.  There are camping sites nearby!  Got back to the car just as the rain arrived.  Postcard in extras.
