A Purple Day

A and I visited Pensthorpe Natural Park for a walk this morning.

This pretty flower was in the beautiful Millennium Gardens (I'm not sure what it is, not helped by the fact that I only photographed the back of it so that I could include the purple flowers behind it).

I see that they've added some more decorative items to their sculpture glade and that the garden entrance now has a new and very decorative gate featuring some purple glass.  It looks like they are still in the process of installing it as there is only temporary wire fencing either side at the moment.
