Curlew Country

Cooler today, thankfully. After yesterday’s walks by the sea I decided to make the effort to visit Emsworth for an evening wander. It was very peaceful and good to get some space to myself after being at my desk all day. The sea was out so there were wading birds feeding in the mud, including the curlew which was making it’s wonderful burbling call. Good to catch the end of the day in all its loveliness.
