Photo shoot this morning.......

With a friend who is on a fitness regime and marketing a new product. I am arranging to do a frame of photos for her, to show her progress. We had great fin, shots with her kettle bell.

It has been cold n Essex, heating on and off during the day. Going out to a BBQ shortly, not looking forward to sitting out in the cold :(
