Don’t Look Unoccupied

Almost like a ‘proper’ Friday, very relaxed, a leisurely breakfast with Mrs S before a couple of quick jobs in the shed.
Mrs S and I spent an hour or so discussing the way ahead for the house, we have the new boiler in and fitted, we have accepted the quote for the three replacement windows, the quote for the new floor, sink and wc in the utility room just needs tweaking before acceptance so all we need is a roofer/builder to actually turn up to an an appointment and we may get somewhere.

The early evening was set aside for a couple of beers with friend Steve before heading home for cheesy beans on toast and an evening with Mrs S and New Zealand v France on TV to open Rugby World Cup 2023
