Fastest response

Yesterday the washing machine began to deposit nasty black flakes on the washing. At 8.00am today I rang the service company. At 8.30am Mark arrived. By 9.30am he had dismantled the machine, removed the evil black sludge that was causing the trouble and put everything back together.
It was the fastest response to a service call I can remember.
