St Monans' Harbour

The morning was certainly the best part of the day .... glad I left early enough to the enjoy a couple of visits before my appointment with the hairdresser .... unfortunately she was on holiday when we were in Elie recently.

First stop Kellie Castle garden where I didn't have to look far before I spotted dozens of Red Admiral butterflies. Next stop St Monans' harbour and a coffee from the cafe. Conditions on the water were perfect for reflections.

By the time I was on my home just before 2 o'clock there was no sign of any sunshine and there was even a few spots of rain.
