When in France . . .
When in Alsace (or almost) . . .
. . . one orders a bière pression and a Crémont d’Alsace. And they arrive in pretty glasses.
When you’ve been travelling all day this is just what is required. We are in the Vosges, almost Alsace. In the glorious green and wooded area of North East France with towns no one has heard of but where life goes on . . . as it always has done. Where the bière is cold and the crémont is sparkling.
