Sunset from Cogne

Left our sunny campsite in the morning and headed down the valley, then up another to Cogne. MrKT is certainly getting the hang of these Italian roads!
Had a bit of free time in the afternoon to cycle round the pretty town and along some of the route of the Tor des Geants.
We had a late evening meet with Giles again today after his second day (and a night) running. I just can’t get my head round that! He was much chirpier tonight after being rather drained and shakey last night. It was good to see him more positive and we were happy when he set off again with almost a spring in his step, for another night on the trails. While we went to bed.
