Admiral Sunflower

Sunflowers are coming out, one by one. This one is just outside our back door - I have to move a leaf or two to get out into the garden. It’s just opened and whilst we were having our lunch in the conservatory, I watched the red admiral enjoying its nectar meal.

A really busy day, with unexpected twists and turns.
