Beautiful sunrise

I was up early this morning as after dropping Beau at Doggy Day Care we were heading off to the big blue and yellow box. It was so I could pick up some items to finish the bedrooms but they weren't all in stock I still need to order online. Picked up a few other bits and pieces, as did Jo and when we got back I helped her with some applications for additional support, and built her chair for her.

I am a bit sore today, had quite a bit of pain in wrist, shoulder and elbow over night. My cheek isn't too bad.
