Leeds - Day 1

Up early and over to Ely to park the car and then walk down to get the trains to Leeds. First was empty and took me to Peterborough, then I joined a mostly empty Azuma to Leeds - a bonus. Sunny day and I had some time before the meeting started. This was outside the station and based on the ancient forests of Leeds. Then to the City Art Gallery before heading for the old Metropole Hotel, where we were meeting curriculum reps from several subjects who were writing a new set of curriculum materials for Geography - met some friends old and new. After a long day it was checking into the hotel, a pint of Landlord in the Ship, then back to the hotel for dinner.
