We took a stroll out to town via the coastal path. The air is clear, the water is blue, the sun is shining …. lovely! When picking up supplies it’s noticeable how little places open. And when open, they are likely to close should bad weather ensue. It’s a refreshing attitude, not everything is about work or business or profit. And here the local weather is a prominent feature in everything that happens. We met a gentleman whose home is covered with flowers, ornaments, decorations and paintings. Wonderfully eccentric and to be celebrated. He had many a story to tell.
