Hard Rain

An appropriate name for the book I'm reading right now. I moved a mattress into the living room of the farm house. It seemed the most unshakable place to be during the storm. Dan remained out in the Nook. He did put plastic up over the screens but I didn't want to be out there.
Today has been an all jammy day and hanging out in my bed watching movies, napping and reading. A perfect day for it.

The storm so far has given us about 1.6 inches of rain and of course wind but it hasn't been too bad. And we (knock on wood) haven't lost power... fingers crossed it stays on.

Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny and 76. Then another big over night of rain from Monday to Tuesday.
