Wild Garlic Seed Head

The woodland floor plants are starting to die back and yellow. The wild leek, has gone and the wild garlic will be next. The photos aren't that great, but I manage to rescue this one.

Got knocked off my bike on an after work bike ride. The ball of the hip joint was smashed through the pelvis. The ilium part of the pelvis has snapped. In my right arm the elbow joint is similarly smashed with fractures to the ulna and humerus bone.
